Fair Share Obligation

Mayfair Band Boosters is a 501c3 non-profit organization that relies solely on donations and fundraising to operate. We pay for instructional staff, transportation, performing expenses, music, uniform and instrument maintenance, and general operating expenses. Although these expenses average $800 per student, we only ask you to pay a Fair Share portion of $350.

Please review the forms below for more information. These will be collected at the Mandatory Uniform Fitting. For questions regarding payments or anything financial, contact the treasurer at MayfairBandTreasurer@gmail.com. Also, please note that any funds raised by your student during fundraisers are not automatically applied to invoices. Please inform the treasurer how you would like to use your funds raised.

Payment Methods

Uniform Agreement

Band Students are responsible for keeping track of ALL uniform pieces issued to them. In the event that any piece of your uniform is lost or damaged, you are responsible financially to repair (if possible) or replace the lost or damaged item. Please read the Uniform Agreement Form for more information.
