Note: Color Guard has already been fitted for their uniforms but may stop by to purchase shirts.
For proper fitting, please bring your band shoes (if you have them) and black socks. If your band shoes are too small, you may bring them to donate.
The uniform fitting schedule is as follows:
12th Grade: 9:00-10:30
11th Grade: 10:30-12:00
Lunch Break for our Volunteers: 12:00-1:00
10th Grade: 1:00-2:30
9th Grade: 2:30-4:00
Please try your best to come during your scheduled time but if you can’t make it, you can come during a different time slot. Also, be mindful that our volunteers need to eat! 11th graders need to be finished by 12:00 so that we can refuel and get ready for the second half of the day. Volunteers are still needed. If you missed the Parent Meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday, a lot of important information and forms were distributed. Please review and print out the following forms. They will be collected at the uniform fitting tomorrow.
We will be collecting payments tomorrow for uniform items, fair share accounts, booster membership, fundraising, Vegas trip deposits and anything else you need to pay for. If you have any questions regarding finances, please contact Leslie Watkins at MayfairBandTreasurer@gmail.com or speak with the financial team tomorrow. If you would like to get the Early Bird discount of $25, your Fair Share account must be paid in full ($325) by midnight tonight. See below for payment options.
