We are just about 2 months away from our Vegas trip! There were a few adjustments made as we locked in our travel arrangements so please review the updated flyer (screenshot above, full version can be downloaded below). The Embassy Suites will be the Convention Center location, the room occupancy will be 6, and the price increased slightly. Your deposit is due by this Sunday, August 25th. You may send cash or checks to the band office each morning, Venmo @Mayfair-BandBoosters, or contact MayfairBandTreasurer@gmail.com to pay by credit card (fee applies).
