Week 7 – September 23 – 28, 2019
Homecoming Parade and Football Game vs. Gahr HS

Monday – Bring Water Jugs!
1 – Inside with music
Lunch – Mandatory woodwind sectionals until 26 – 30 are perfect
7 – Outside reviewing drill/visuals and blocking music

Tuesday –
1 – Outside with the show
Lunch – Mandatory woodwind sectionals until 26 – 30 are perfect
2:45 to 5:00 PM – Percussion with Harry and Nico
7:00 PM – BOOSTER MEETING, ROOM 805 … ALL PARENTS WELCOME!

Wednesday – Bring Water Jugs!
1 – Outside with the show
Lunch – Mandatory woodwind sectionals until 26 – 30 are perfect
7 – Outside – Entire Show!

Thursday –
1 – Outside with show
Lunch – Mandatory woodwind sectionals until 26 – 30 are perfect

Friday – Bring Water Jugs – WEAR BAND SHIRTS!
1 – Outside with Parade March (yes, marching), SSB and Pep Tunes
2 – Homecoming assemblies
3 – MS Assembly
6 – Cleared to change into band uniforms, no hats for the homecoming parade. We will shuttle over to Mayfair Park and then march back to MHS
3:30 PM – Parade begins
4:15 PM – Arrive at MHS Free Mc Donald’s burger, fries and soft drinks provided, just remove your jacket before you eat. If you do not eat meat, an alternative will be provided, please let Mrs. Bakker know by Wednesday.
5:30 PM – Keep your uniform on and have your parents drive you to Ron Yary Stadium

If your parent signed up with the boosters to help, they get in for free, but everyone else must pay:
General Admission – $8.00
Seniors 55 and older – $6.00
4 – 13 years of age – $4.00
3 and Under – Free

6:45 PM – Pregame, we march in and do the SSB
7:00 PM – Game begins
9:15 PM – WE ARE DOING HALFTIME AFTER THE GAME! INVITE YOUR PARENT TO COME INTO THE STANDS AND WATCH! IT WILL BE FREE IF THEY COME AFTER THE GAME IS OVER!
9:45 PM – All finished, putting everything away

Saturday – NO Rehearsal today – Go to Homecoming Dance – Sing Happy Birthday to Griselda!

11 – FRIDAY rehearsal 1:15PM to 3:15 PM – Dining for Dollars @ Carl’s Jr.
12 – Morning rehearsal 8-12, Gahr CSBC FST – Evening
14 – 8:00 AM – Taking pictures/full uniform at Ron Yary Stadium, then full field rehearsal until 5:00 PM. Bring a lunch or money to go across the street and buy lunch.

18 – Fall Sports Assembly – HOME FB vs. La Mirada + Senior Recognition-halftime
19 – Capistrano HS CSBC FST (Morning Rehearsal)
