Commitment Form

Hello MMMC! Don’t forget to fill out the 2020-2021 commitment form: https://forms.gle/sS7BQ8eRL1NCuCvn7. The digital form is replacing the paperwork we normally collect each year and helps us make sure we have everyone’s current contact info in one place as well as other information. I need ALL band and color guard to fill out the form please. Also, please make sure you click submit at the end of the form. You will get a copy of your responses emailed to you. Thank you to everyone who already filled it out!

A note for color guard: when the link was first sent out, the financial section didn’t have an option for color guard fair share information. You received your fair share information from Malika and Griselda before the form was sent out. I have since added a color guard option to the form for that particular question. If you already filled it out before I added the option, there is no need to change your answer.

Google Group

Many of you already receive emails from mmmc-communications@googlegroups.com. If you are new to the program or stated you aren’t receiving emails, I’ll be working on adding you to the group this weekend. I have a daily limit for adding people so it might take me a few days to get to everyone. Most communication is posted to our website. However, I occasionally use the google group for quick and easy communication. Please add mmmc-communications@googlegroups.com to your address books to make sure the emails aren’t marked as spam.

Signup Genius

We will also be updating our Signup Genius email lists to make sure everyone is getting information about volunteer opportunities. MMMC can’t function without the help of volunteers. Therefore, every family is required to work two shifts during the year (hours vary) … we’d love for you to work more! Your first opportunity to volunteer will be at the fireworks booths. There are 2 signups available: South and Lakewood or Del Amo and Paramount.
