Commitment Form

Please fill out the 2021-2022 commitment form: https://forms.gle/iWRPSKm4icqJYcpk7. The digital form is replacing the paperwork we normally collect each year and helps us make sure we have everyone’s current contact info in one place as well as other information. I need ALL band and color guard to fill out the form please. Please make sure you click submit at the end of the form. You will get a copy of your responses emailed to you.
