Friday – 10/8– SENIOR NIGHT vs. La Mirada HS (and Elementary & Junior Band Night) – Wear your band shirt to school!
1 – Outside with pregame parade march, run show, load trailers
3:36 – Come get your instruments
5:15 – ARRIVE AT RON YARY – All Section Leaders hold a sectional with all  ES and MS kids on the “football music”.
6:00 – Band Dresses in full uniform, sectionals on SSB
6:40 PM – March into stadium and pregame
7:00 – Game Begins vs. La Mirada  
8:00 – We run our show – Seniors stay on track and you will be honored  individually, everyone else, mingle with ES and MS kids after halftime
9:30 – Game over, change, load trailers and have your folks pick you up.

10:00 AM at RON YARY – on the field to rehearse – done at 11:30
4:00 – Return to Dress
5:15 – Warm Up in area G
6:45 – PERFORM
8:30 – AWARDS
Afterward: 
Woodwinds and color guard clean all warm up areas, eating areas and  parking lots.
Brass – Clean the Stadium after it is emptied of ALL trash
Low Brass and Percussion – Load Trailers and come back to MHS and  unload FST stuff as needed.

MONDAY – October 11 – PICTURE DAY AND FIELD PRACTICE
8:00 AM – Meet at  Ron Yary Stadium – have your parents drop you off. 
YOU WILL BE CHANGING INTO YOUR UNIFORM FOR THE GROUP PICTURE  AND INDIVIDUALS. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE IN ATTENDANCE EVEN IF  YOU ARE NOT BUYING ANYTHING. PARENTS WILL BE EMAILED THE INFO  TO PLACE ORDERS. IF YOU ARE BUYING BUDDY PICS, BRING MONEY IN  $5.00 INCREMENTS TO PLACE AN ORDER.
Bring Water jugs, snacks, lunch and or lunch money to buy food across the  street. Taco Nazo, Taco Bell etc. Bring BAND SHOES! Color Guard will be  instructed what to wear…
11:00 – 4 PM with an hour for lunch – Field Practice
