This fundraiser is a great opportunity to raise funds for your student band/guard account. The funds can be used to pay monies owed or to build credit for future fees and purchases. In order to track your See’s Candies sales and apply the profits to your account (on average 20% of sales price), you need to do a little set-up work first. Do not just share this post … nobody will be able to order from you. Follow these steps …
- Check your email for a “helper invite”. Invites were sent to the parent email(s) that the boosters have on file. If you didn’t receive one, please email Laura Brim at email@example.com.
- Click to accept the invitation. Note: The link expires after 48 hours. If you need a new one, please contact Minisa Volden at MayfairBandWaysandMeans@gmail.com.
Create a new account. Please use your student’s name to make it easier to credit your account.
- When you login, you will see the profit tracker page. To start making profits, you’ll need to share your personal, unique storefront link. You can do this by clicking on “Storefront”, then “Marketing”. From there, you’ll see directions for sharing through Social Media or Email.
NOTE: If you see the page to find your storefront, don’t create a new one … select “Mayfair HS Marching Corps (Helper)”.
- You can also find your personal, unique storefront link by going to “Calendar” and clicking on one of the green stripes. You’ll see a pop-up with your link.
That’s it! Your friends and family can order directly from your storefront and it will ship to them. No need to collect money, or turn in orders, or distribute products (unless you choose to do a group order then it is your responsibility). The store will close on December 3rd. Good luck selling!
