Booster Meeting at 7:00 PM in the Band Room!  Send your parents. 

Wednesday 8/17
1 – Outside with pregame music and pep tunes 
Lunch – Sectionals and individual testing on the first 16 bars of the trio of the march
7 – Review Drill and Run Opener

Thursday 8/18
Lunch – Sectionals and individual testing on the first 16 bars of the trio of the march

Friday – 8/19
1 – Pregame, run the show, work pep tunes  
2 – We are playing at the assembly 
Lunch – Finish loading trailers 
AFTER SCHOOL, COME GET YOUR INSTRUMENTS FROM THE BAND ROOM

5:30 – Arrive at Ron Yary Stadium on your own (Tickets for the game are $8.00 for parents)

• HAVE YOUR WATER JUG
• EAT DINNER BEFOR YOU GET THERE 
• HAVE YOUR PARENTS DROP YOU OFF ON THEHOME SIDE OF THE FIELD AND WALK IN THE GATE BY THE SNACK BAR/RESTROOMS AND LOOK FOR OUR TRAILERS
• GO INTO SECTIONALS WHEN YOU GET THERE AND RUN ALL MUSIC

6:45 – BLOCK IT UP TO GO INTO STADIUM 
6:50 – STAR SPANGLED BANNER MOVE OFF OF FIELD AND PLAY FIGHT SONG AND HEY ON THE TRACK 
7:00 – GAME BEGINS 
8:00 – HALFTIME
3^RD QUARTER OFF 
BACK FOR THE BEGINNING OF THE 4^TH QUARTER 
9:15 – GAME OVER 
DRUMS/FRONT ENSEMBLE AND TUBAS MUST STAY TO LOAD TRAILERS 
9:30 PM – HAVE YOUR PARENTS PICK YOU UP FROM RON YARY

1 – Back to School Night – We perform at the Big “M”  Parents sell food 
2 – NO GAME, we canceled it, enjoy your Labor Day Weekend! 
9 – Home Football vs. Lakewood at Ron Yary Stadium – Parents drop off at 5:00 PM – Game starts at 7:00 PM.  Pick your child up at 9:45 PM.  Make sure you eat dinner before arriving to the stadium.    
10 – SATURDAY – (PANCAKE BREAKFAST) All students are asked to sell 2 tickets
16 – Home Football vs. El Rancho at Ron Yary Stadium – Parents drop off at 5:00 PM – Game starts at 7:00 PM.  Pick your child up at 9:45 PM.  Make sure you eat dinner before arriving to the stadium.    
20 – Booster Meeting 7:00PM 
23 – BYE Week for Football – no game 
24 – SATURDAY – Mandatory Morning Field Rehearsal 8:00 to Noon
30 – Away Football @ Warren HS – Call time is 5:30 PM – We will take school busses and return by 10:00 PM
