Monday 10/3
1 – Outside under our tree working the closer
Lunch – Test on whatever you need to get an “A” for the quarter!
7 – Until 5:30 – Closer Drill and then go back to opener

Tuesday 10/4
1 – Outside with opener and ballad
Lunch – Test on whatever you need to get an “A” for the quarter!
Afterschool – Sectionals on everything…PLEASE!!

Wednesday 10/5
1 – Outside with whole show
Lunch – Test on whatever you need to get an “A” for the quarter!
7 – Until 5:30 –Closer Drill

Thursday 10/6
1 – Outside with show and pep tunes
Lunch – Test on whatever you need to get an “A” for the quarter!

Friday 10/7 – Home football vs. La Mirada HS (Senior Night) (End of the 1 st Quarter – 1:16 Day)
WEAR BAND SHIRT!
1 – Parade March and Pregame, run the full show once
Snack – Pep Rally – Load the trailers
1:16 – Pick up instruments after school

5:30 – Eat dinner first and arrive at Ron Yary with SHOES, SOCKS AND GLOVES, go into sectionals
6:00 – Get Dressed into full uniform
6:45 – March into stadium, pregame…
7:00 – Game Starts
After halftime, seniors stay on sideline and be announced after halftime and everyone else change
into regular clothes, seniors will then follow.
9:30 – Have your parents pick you up!

Saturday 10/8 – 19th Annual Mayfair CSBC Field Show Tournament at Ron Yary Stadium

11:00 – Show Begins – Come watch bands and do the google assignment
2:45 – 3:30 – Leaders do awards with Mr. Philips wearing show costumes
3:30 – After Awards – Brass and drum line, front ensemble clean the stadium, Woodwinds clean the
parking lot before, Paint crew paint the field, Color Guard split up group and clean the eating area
next to the stadium and the warmup areas on the Bellflower campus
4::30 – Eat dinner in the stadium
5:00 – Dress in YOUR SHOW COSTUME – bring Black shoes and black socks
5:45 – Move into warm up F with Nathan and drum staff
6:00 – Warm Up
6:45 – Full run with pit and guard
7:10 – Move to staging
7:30 – PERFORM OUR SHOW!
7:45 – Put everything away – change clothes
8:45 – Awards

9:15 – After Awards – Brass – clean the stadium, percussion and tubas – load the trailers.
Woodwinds clean the parking lot behind stands, Color Guard split up group and clean the eating
area next to the stadium and the warmup areas, bus parking at basketball courts and parking lot on
the Bellflower campus

ROLL WILL BE TAKEN BY CAPTAINS AT BOTH CLEAN UP TIMES. GRADES WILL BE LOWERED IF YOU DO NOT CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT. Please explain to your parents that we are responsible for the cleaning of the stadium and the campus!

Monday 10/10 – NO GROUP PICTURES ON THIS DAY
8:30 – 4:00 – Rehearsal AT RON YARY STADIUM. Bring water jugs and a snack for yourself. We
are finishing the show with drill, music and visuals…you have to be here. This is mandatory.
11:30 – 12:30 – Lunch – bring your lunch or money for lunch
Picture Day is rescheduled for November 3rd afterschool for the Monsoon Marching Corps
