Lunch – no lunch practice
5 – Pictures for Jazz Band

5:00 – Arrive at the stadium – eat dinner there, watch a band at 5:30
6:00 – Dress
7:15 – Warmup in Area G
7:50 – Full run with pit and guard
8:00 – Pit leaves for gate
8:15 – At the gate
8:30 – Perform our show!
8:45 – Leaders do awards, color guard change and clean up warm areas and BHS Parking lot, high
brass, change and wait to clean up stadium, low brass and percussion load trailers and then help tear down hospitality, woodwinds, clean up food area and parking lot behind stadium.
We should be done at 10:00 PM

Thursday 11/3
1 – Homework period
Lunch – Sectionals on pep tunes, parade march and closer

Friday 11/4 – CIF Home Football Game TBA – Wear Band Shirts!
1 – Pregame and run show
Snack – Pep Rally
5:30 – Arrive at Ron Yary, unload, sectionals on the Star-Spangled Banner and Parade March, dress in field costume
7:00 – Game Begins
8:00 – We perform at halftime
9:45 – Game over – Load and have your parents pick you up

Saturday 11/5 – CSBC Show @ Gahr HS
9:00 – 11:00 – Notice the call time for practice at school

5:30 – Arrive at Gahr HS on your own in costume – Bring water jugs…come early and eat in the their
stadium and watch bands

10:00- Have your parents pick you up at Gahr

Sunday 11/6 – (Don’t forget to set your clocks back) WASC Performance
2:45 – Arrive at school in band shirts – all band and guard
3:-00 – Sectionals on pep tunes INSIDE
3:20 – Put us by the Big M, please pep tunes from 3:30 to 4:00 PM
4:00 – You are finished
