Monday 11/14
1 – Inside with recap, senior speeches and warmups
7 – We are not meeting today, we are meeting tomorrow for pictures

Tuesday 11/15 – BAND PICTURES – BRING BLACK SHOES and SOCKS
1 – Outside with the show by the trailers if the field is not usable…or inside with music
7 – Put on your BAND uniform for the big picture. Everyone needs to be in the picture. Then, line up
tallest to smallest…buddy pics afterward. Parents will be emailed with details about ordering pictures.
7:00 pm – Booster Meeting for all parents

Wednesday 11/16
1 – Outside on the field with drill or standstill with music and visuals
7 – Outside on the field reviewing drill

Thursday 11/17 – BAND SHIRTS
1 – Outside on the field with the show
EXTENDED SNACK – YOU ARE BEING FILMED FOR A TV SPOT – Wear a band shirt or you can’t
perform with us.

Friday 11/18 – Home CIF Football vs. Golden Valley HS
1 – Pregame and run the whole show – Load Trailers
5:30 – Arrive at Ron Yary HS in full costume – sectionals on SSB and the parade march
7:00 – Game Begins
3rd Quarter – Take photos with props: Parents that helped build props please meet for a group photo. Seniors, sections and individuals are also taking pictures in front of the props. Families are welcome to head over for photos.
9:45 – Have your parents pick you up
10:00 – Show Gear orders and payments DUE. More info here. Last chance to order!

Saturday 11/19 – California State Grand Championships at Huntington Beach HS
No Morning Rehearsal
12:00 – Arrive at MHS in full costume (Don’t forget to eat lunch and bring your water jugs!)
12:30 – Depart for:

4:00 – We Perform in Grand Championships
4:15 – Change, eat in the stadium and watch bands (BRING WARM CLOTHES)
9:30 – Awards -Full Retreat
10:30 – Depart for home
11:30 – Arrive at MHS
