Students, if your pants need hemmed, make sure you see Mrs Foster on one of these days/times: Monday after practice, Tuesday lunch, Tuesday after school, Wednesday after practice.

Parents that are driving their own children, be mindful of call times and locations listed below. Get them to the rehearsal in Boulder City HS and Arbor View HS on time!

Thursday – Packing Day

• After school – Pack Trailers. Pick up your pants, shirt, suspenders.
• Pack everything! Download and print the checklist below. Use it!

Friday – Travel Day & Rehearsal

• 8:00 AM – Load charter buses with your 1 suitcase and instrument/flag bag. Make sure you physically load it yourself! Do not assume someone will load it for you! Depart MHS.
• 10:30 AM – Arrive at:

    10 min bathroom break ONLY
• 10:45 AM – Depart Barstow Station
• 1:00 PM – Lunch on your own

Saturday – The Arbor View HS FST

• 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Buffet Breakfast at the hotel – included
• 10:15 AM – Depart Hotel for Arbor View High School

• 11:40 AM-1:00 PM –  Lunch on your own
• 12:00 PM –  VOLUNTEERS: Report to Arbor View HS. See sign-up list here. DRIVERS, download the director’s packet below for parking/stadium info.
• 1:00 PM – Dress and warm-up
• 2:32 PM – Perform “Welcome to the Show”
• 2:40 PM – Change/Dinner on your own
• 4:00 PM – Check in for Finals performance time. (VOLUNTEERS: Check in too for more info about finals performance)
• TBA – Dress/warm up for finals
• 11:00 PM – Depart for Hotel
• 12:00 AM – Curfew – Room check/lights out

Sunday – Travel Day

• 8:00 AM – Breakfast at the hotel
• 10:00 AM – Luggage to Buses
  • Parents Check Rooms for “Left Behinds”
• 11:00 AM – Depart Hotel and stop at Stateline Primm Valley Outlets (same as Friday) for lunch/shopping on your own  
• 1:00 PM – Depart Stateline for MHS  
• 7:00 PM – Arrive at MHS   
  • Unload Buses/Trailers
  • Parents gather children

Monday – School Day
