$ Holiday Catalog Fundraiser $

A new fundraiser starts Monday, November 4th. Packets are available in the band room. Orders and money are due no later than the end of practice on Wednesday, November 20th. No late orders accepted. Also, please hold all orders until the due date. Online orders will ship directly to purchaser (see below for more info). All other orders will be delivered and distributed at school approximately two weeks after orders are submitted.

Approximately 40% of sales go into your student’s account (exact profit to be calculated by catalog company). Individual fundraisers are provided for your benefit, to build credit or pay outstanding balances in your student’s account. Funds raised are not automatically applied toward outstanding balances. Note: Some of you have credit in your account that can be applied to your invoices! Please contact MayfairBandTreasurer@gmail.com to explain how you would like to use your funds. Students that have outstanding balances at the end of the year do not receive awards until invoices are paid.
