Itinerary
Week 13 – November 4-9, 2019
CIF Football vs. Chino Hills
Mayfair’s CSBC Tournament

Monday – Don’t forget water jugs all week! New fundraiser available for students to earn credit for their accounts. (separate post coming next)
1 – Unload before 9:00 AM. Warm ups
Lunch – Sectionals – use a metronome
7 – Outside with the show, with props

Tuesday – Ads/One-liners for program due by 3pm with payment and content
1 – Outside with the show
Lunch – Sectionals – use a metronome
2:45 to 5:00 PM – Percussion with Harry and Nico

Wednesday –
1 – Outside with the show
3 – Picture day for Orchestra members. Bring concert clothes (tux/dress) and cash/check for ordering pictures.
Lunch – Sectionals – use a metronome
7 – Full Field Rehearsal

Thursday – Perishable food donations for tournament due. Click here for signup.
1 – Outside with the show
After school – Pack prop trailer
Possible Evening Rally – TBA

Friday – CIF Home Football vs. Chino Hills
1 – Outside with pregame, run show and pack up trailers
5:30 – Arrive at Ron Yary dressed in your field costume – unload, light parade block rehearsal
6:45 – March into stadium, pregame
7:00 – Game begins vs Chino Hills
9:30 – Game ends, all percussion load trailer and have your parents pick you up

Saturday – Mayfair’s CSBC Field Tournament at Ron Yary Stadium – Click here for full Performance Schedule
Arrive at stadium as required to help run tournament – bring water jugs.
VOLUNTEERS (Parents, alumni, students, etc): This is a mandatory volunteer day for ALL families. Shifts are available for students if parents aren’t available. We need help in a lot of different areas all day long. Click here for signup. More shifts and specific times will be added soon. You can include your availability in the notes section. Thank you!!
12:45 – Leaders to do awards for 1A, 2A and 3A Awards
4:00 PM – Arrive dressed at Ron Yary Stadium – Go to basics block
4:45 – Water/Restrooms
5:15 – Move to Warm Up
6:25 – To Staging
6:40 – Mayfair Performs in Judged Exhibition
9:00 – Awards 4A, 5A and 6A
9:30 – Clean stadium, rehearsal areas, parking lots
All Drums/Pit – Load trailers with all percussion and then help load, tables, chairs, EZ ups for parents
Woodwinds – Clean up bus parking lot behind stadium
Brass – Clean the home stands
Color Guard – Clean the regular parking lot near BHS campus warm up areas
