Itinerary
Week 15 – November 18 – 23, 2019
The California State Band Championships

Monday – Don’t forget water jugs all week!
1 – Inside with Warm ups and info for the show
7 – Outside with Show

Tuesday –
1 – Outside with the show
2:45 to 5:00 PM – Percussion with Harry and Nico
7:00 – Booster Meeting … ALL corps parents welcome

Wednesday – Fundraiser orders DUE by the end of practice! (no late orders accepted)
1 – Outside with the show – unless its raining…then inside with music
7 – Full Field Rehearsal – If there is rain, we will do visual block and then stand still rehearsal

Thursday –
1 – Outside with the show – unless it’s raining…then inside with music

Friday –
1 – Outside with the show – Invite the school to watch run…
2:45 to 4:30 – Final Field Rehearsal
5:00 – Barbecue provided by the boosters

Saturday – CSBC Finals (see website for merchandise and media ordering info)

9:15 – Arrive at Mayfair in full perfect costume
– Please check pant lengths…touching the tip of the shoelaces
– Make sure you eat a late breakfast and bring money to eat in the stadium. Boosters will have fruit, water band bars for the early show and if we make State Finals, turkey/ham, PBJ sandwiches, chips and soda will be offered.
– BRING WARM CLOTHING and your own water jugs!
9:30 – Depart MHS – WE MUST LEAVE!
10:15 – Arrive, unload, restrooms at:
Huntington Beach HS

Admission is good for both shows and can be purchased ahead of time here (fee applies) or at the gates.
$20.00 – Admission for Adults
$15.00 – For Seniors and Students with ID
Children 5 and under are free.
Programs are $5
Watch the 10:30 band (Ramona) and/or 10:45 band (Western) from the back stands.
11:00 – Return to buses to unload and do a visual block
11:15 – Visual Block
12:10 – Water break and restrooms
12:30– Move to warm up
12:45– WARM UP in designated area
1:50 – Move to Staging
2:15 – FINALS PERFORMANCE
4:30 – Awards
6:30 – State Finals

9:30 – Awards – Full Retreat (all bands on field)
11:00 – Arrive at MHS
