All parents are invited to join us for a Zoom Booster Meeting on Tuesday, May 26th at 6pm. We have some business to discuss and would like to take care of it before the awards ceremony. Although we still can’t meet in person, we want to take time to honor all of your accomplishments this year and to appreciate all of the hard work by both students and parents. We will install new booster board members and student leadership for marching band. We will also say goodbye to our seniors and wish them well in their new adventures. Physical awards will be distributed at a later time to be determined.
The awards ceremony will be on Google Meet … not Zoom … on Tuesday, May 26th at 7pm (following our booster meeting). Mr Philips sent out the meeting link through Remind. Students will login the same way they do for class meetings. IMPORTANT: There is a meeting capacity of 250. Please use ONE device per household and do not invite extended family members to join on other devices. We apologize for this limitation and realize this is different from our usual family inclusive banquet but we want to make sure all students are able to login. We will be recording the meeting to allow for sharing with family and friends. Thank you for understanding.
