Tuesday –
1 – Outside with the show
Lunch – Sectionals with Pep Tunes, the Parade March and the Star Spangled Banner
2:45 to 5:00 PM – Percussion with Harry and Nico
7:00 PM – BOOSTER MEETING, ROOM 805 … ALL PARENTS WELCOME!

Wednesday – Bring Water Jugs!
1 – Outside with the show
Lunch – Sectionals with Pep Tunes, the Parade March and the Star Spangled Banner
7 – Outside – Entire Show!

Thursday –
1 – Outside with show
Lunch – Sectionals with Pep Tunes, the Parade March and the Star Spangled Banner

Friday – Fall Sports Assembly – Home FB. vs. La Mirada – Senior Night
1 – Outside with warm ups, Star Spangled Banner and Parade March
2/3 – Sports Assemblies, load trailers
2:36 – Take Instruments home with you!
5:00 – Meet at Ron Yary Stadium – Bring Water Jugs Unload trailers, dress in band uniform, no hats…bowler hats will be for half time
6:45 – March into stadium, Star Spangled Banner, Pregame
7:00 – Game Begins
8:00 – After half time, we will honor seniors, they stay on the track, everyone else changes and loads pit equipment
9:15 – Game over – have your parents pick you up

Saturday – The Capistrano HS FST
12:00 – 1:15 – Full Field Rehearsal, load trailers
Go home – Rest – Shower – Eat
2:30 PM – Return to Mayfair (in your band shirt) where buses will depart for:

Seniors and Active Military $8.00
Children 5 and under are Free

4:00 – Arrive, unload and dress – white gauntlets and white sash
5:00 – Dressed with make up on and hair up to visual block
5:30 – Restrooms/Move to Area C
5:45 – Warm Up in Area “D”
6:20 – Full ensemble run
6:45 – Depart for gate
6:55 – At the gate
7:00 PM – Perform Show
7:15 – Return to trailer, put stuff away, change into street clothes then go back into stadium for awards
Bring money to eat at the show…
9:00 – Awards
9:45 – Depart Capistrano HS
